Hearth School Inbox helps an invited household organize school notices into a shared view of actions, dates, and updates, with links back to the original messages.
This is an information page
The application runs on a private household server. This public website cannot access Gmail, display school notices, connect an account, or sign anyone into Hearth.
How the connection works
- The account owner explicitly authorizes Gmail read-only access through Google.
- The private application checks configured school-source rules before retrieving message bodies and supported attachments.
- Local AI proposes items for household review. Source evidence remains available so people can check the result.
The Gmail connection cannot send, delete, archive, or mark messages read. It does not create calendar events or contact a school.
Private by design
School content is processed on household-controlled computers. This public hosting service receives only these information pages, not email, credentials, or household records.

Availability
Hearth School Inbox is a private personal-use tool, not a public service. As of September 21, 2026, account connection setup is underway and scheduled school-email processing has not been activated.
